About me

Professional side

Having learned about the craft of music and receiving my bachelor's degree in music composition from Universidade Federal de Pelotas, in Brazil, I decided to further my studies in sound and graduated from Vancouver Film School's Sound Design program. Shortly after, I started working full-time for a production company and a recording studio. I've made music, recorded, edited and mixed audio for films, TV series, advertisements, private corporation events and artists. On the side, I've worked with small independent game developers making and implementing audio and music for their projects. Since mid 2022, I've decided to go freelance and started Ice Cavern Studio as a way of establishing myself in the business and developing trust for the quality of services that I provide.

Personal side

Because I love thinking visually about sound, I enjoy making videos exploring real-time processing and sharing them on social media. I create them to inspire and provoke me to approach things in new ways. I am an enthusiast of image manipulation, generative processing and everything in between. I enjoy going out for drinks with friends, playing games (especially card games), driving and traveling, hiking (although I don't do it often) and shiny things. I also like to make jokes. Lots of jokes. I think laughter is a treasure.
